नियम २
सबसे मज़बूत उत्तर वह है जो कार्रवाई से पहले नियम, नागरिक या ग्राहक का जोखिम, प्रकटीकरण, गणना, दस्तावेज़ या प्रक्रिया का चरण पहचान लेता है।
परीक्षा संकेत: देखें कि प्रश्न प्रमाणन परीक्षा, नवीनीकरण, व्यावहारिक प्रक्रिया या नियम-पालन के निर्णय, किसके बारे में पूछ रहा है।
नियम ३
ऐसे उत्तर हटा दें जो भारत की विशेष शर्तें छोड़ देते हैं या सुविधा को नियम-पालन से ऊपर रखते हैं।
