How to study for CCEA GCSE Physics

Concept 1

Raw measurements require headings and units; processed values require a transparent relationship and suitable precision.

Exam cue: Confirm the CCEA unit, tier and whether the task tests a model, calculation, explanation or practical judgement.

Concept 2

Graph form, intercept, gradient and pattern support conclusions about direct, inverse or non-linear relationships.

Exam cue: Use a large graph scale, show the gradient triangle, address anomalous data and state a conclusion no broader than the tested range.

Concept 3

Evaluation distinguishes repeatability and reliability from accuracy and proposes targeted method improvements.

Exam cue: Show substitutions and units, connect evidence to the physical model and limit the conclusion to the stated conditions.
